I want to share my problem with MyBKexperience. Today my husband and I were in the Ulster Travel Plaza Burger King. We wanted to buy coffee. There was only one cashier, and we waited a long time to be served.

Finally, we bought the cups for coffee. When we went to the coffee dispenser, there was no coffee! We looked for an employee, he took out the old coffee dispenser and put in a new one.

When we tried to get milk, there was none in the dispenser!! The young man brought a new bag of milk. He didn’t apologize for either being empty. We very surprised that the coffee and milk machines were empty! This is unprofessional customer service. We will never go to a Burger King restaurant again.
